What are the benefits to me of becoming a member of Manston Golf Club?
You will gain an official handicap, compete in club competitions, represent MGC in matches against other clubs, receive a FREE 1hour lesson, receive a FREE 10credit digicard, attend social occasions throughout the year and make new friends in a relaxed environment. All members will have access to a Members Only section of the website where you can arrange to meet and play with other members of similar ability, age and availability as yourself.

Do I get reduced green fees as a member?
No, unless you purchase a Manston Golf Privilege Card. Two options are available – GOLD which gives you 50% off and PLATINUM that gives 75% off.

Can I have a Privilege Card without being a member?
Yes. You will then receive discounted green fees without the benefits of membership.

How much is it and can I spread the payments?
Yes. Membership is £99 for the year or £10 per month. Gold Privilege Card is £95 or £10 per month and Platinum Privilege Card is £195 or £20 per month. All monthly payments are arranged via a Standing Order mandate with your bank. A joining fee has been wavered for anyone joining before the end of January 2008.

When does it start?
Membership and Privilege Cards will start on 1st January 2008 but can be pre-paid from now. The sooner you pay the sooner you will get the benefits.

What do I do now?
If you would like to become a member or purchase a Privilege Card then come along to Manston Golf Centre and see the staff at reception. After paying your money or organising your Standing Order a photo will be taken and your ‘Welcome’ pack sent to you as soon as your Application Form has been completed.
